I think they already have a blanket Black Friday, Cyber Monday sale going till end of November.
I ordered one and received it today. Paid a hundred bucks for the hub which is perfectly fine but then had to blow another hundred bucks in shipping and customs duty. I hate the fact that there's no option to have it shipped from somewhere in the EU.

I didn't check ebay UK, but the prices on eBay DE were the same as the presale prices. The seller also didn't mention whether the hub was C7 or an older model. I've had a bunch of iffy experiences on ebay so I tend to be quite wary of listing that don't have details.
I am not certain they explicitly list these anywhere. From what I understand, these are official Hubitat distributors. Maybe someone else knows differently?

Some of the Ring kits are great value for those of us using Z-wave. In particular, the 14 piece kit. $200 for:
- 2 security keypads ($50 each normally)
- 2 motion sensors ($30 each normally)
- 1 range extender ($25 normally)
- 8 door/window sensors ($20 each normally)
I've only got their motion sensors and security keypads but they are rock solid with the C7 and the keypads work great with HSM. I wish I needed more contact sensor to justify buying this pack
