Bit confused with App: Room Lighting (things are not activating)

been playing around with the App... i have setup time periods and what to activate.. but lights are not activating as scheduled...

here's my setup

and in the " Set Up Lighting Periods or Re-Capture Devices' menu

So basically I want different lighting conditions (on/off) for certain periods of the day.. but this doesn't seem to work.. but i see in the logs stuff like 'Activation Event: time' w/c tells me the app and rule is working - but somehow the lights are not actually turned on/off accordingly.

Under Means to Activate, you need to go into options. There should be a drop down labeled “additional options.” Select adjust lights on time period changes. This will cause Room Lighting to shift time periods if RL is activated.
