Hi support, I got double billed. I wrote twice so far and have not received a reply. AI tells me that billing has no phone number and no specific email. So how do you reach these people to expose a billing issue. Thank you.

Ok thank you I just tried writing for the 3rd time. If you happen to know someone in billing, this is the note I wrote:
Hello support, this is my third attempt to reach a human.
I was invoiced $49.10 CDN on December 26th 2025 and billed again $28.09CDN on February 3rd. Could you please explain both charges. Thanks you.
It’s not a very large organization, but as long as you’ve used the form at the link I posted above, you should hear back from a human.
My 1st contact was in early March, my second mid April and now I posted. Maybe I have been knocking at the wrong door. No info@, no billing@, no service@ just support@. Thank you for the reply.
If you mean you’ve been trying to send emails to any of those addresses @hubitat.com, that would explain why you haven’t received any responses.
