Hello, I've been looking for this driver as well, but apparently, there are not that many Hubitat users with this module in Europe, so I just wrote the driver myself.

The key bonus of using it instead of Generic Z-Wave Plus Dimmer is that you have a proper state reporting including "closing" and "opening" temporary states, and it can be exported to HomeKit as a Garage Door.
