Changes and New Features with this release
- Added two new commands to Enable/Disable Alarm Input Handling, thus allowing HE to control its arming schedule.

Core Features
- Trigger Input Alarms using rules in HE (if properly equipped)
- Enable/Disable Motion Detection features. Control Arming Schedule from HE.
WIP Features Coming Soon (enough)
- Implement commands to enable/disable Intrusion and Line Crossing events (soon, all XML issues resolved)
- Use HPM to deploy R1.0 to Hubitat Community (learning curve)
Future Features (if I get to them before summer)
- Implement Motion Sensor capability and HTTP Listener to receive event notifications from newer cameras that have this feature, thus allowing the camera to become a sensor with active/inactive states that can be acted upon in HE.
- Implement support for cameras connected to a Hikvision NVR (next winter)
