Bespoken.io and controlling alexa

Has anyone had any experience with this?

I've created a free accounts and was able to create a virtual alexa device then issue commands to control things via http

E.g. I have a evapolar personal AC unit, that I could integrate with via...

Seems that amazon are getting behind bespoken too..

https://virtual-device.bespoken.io/process?message="{{open%20Eva%20Smart%20to%20turn%20off%20Eva%20bednroom}}%22&user_id=xxxxTOKEN OF VIRTUAL DEVICE

Seems like there is a CLI interface too...

I use an Alexa skill I node red that does something similar.

What do you use under node-red for this? Looks like the free version of bespoken won't let me continue using this after the professional professional trial expires..

Basically, I am trying to create a switch in hubitat that will execute a "tell <> to turn on device" via alexa…

Cheers!

this should do it.

I stumbled across this and got the impression it was for interfacing node-red with Alexa E.g. you can invoke a node-red workflow rather then the other way around ?

Mm yes. I must have misread the first post. Thought this was what you were after. Talk to Alexa make an http request. Now that I reread I see it is not
