I submitted a ticket on June 27th. All I got back was a "we'll look into it". I get this log every few minutes. Does anyone know how to help? I'm at the point where it feels like my ticket was just a waste of effort seeing as how it has almost been 2 months without a reply despite following up with them.

But I wonder, did this start after the C5>C7 migration?
