Battery below 50% trigger in RM

Hi guys, see RM rule where I want a notification if any of my battery devices fall below 50%. It appears to keep triggering for devices in excess of 50%. I know this is basic stuff but what am I overlooking here. See images

Easier to do it through HSM. I set my threshold at %20

Thanks for this. I'll give it a try. Weird that my RM rule doesn't work though.

Maybe you might consider an app? Battery monitor app by Brandon Gordon or a notification tile with Device Watchdog?
In the end I wrote my own battery monitor and phone app using googles dev tools - I monitor battery manufacturer, date of last change, etc. Batteries are one of the big PITA areas with smart homes so I didn't publish it for public consumption but I've been using it for 6 months and it's really been useful. Changes to privacy requirements forced me to remove my links - here's an old video of it to give ideas - it's implemented using an api integrated with googlesheets - @LibraSun paved the way and I followed.
