Does any know what the brand names are for the wall switch and humidity sensor in the Hubitat video titled "Automate your bathroom fan."
I would use the Lutron fan switch and the sonoff temp/humidity sensor or the NYCE all in one...
The switch is a GE/Jasco, can see the GE logo, Not sure what Model.
Really any switch that can handle a fan, and any humidity or multi-sensor would work.
If you have separate load wires for the lights and fan in that room, a Zooz ZEN30 double switch works well, the dimmer for the lights and the relay button for the fan. I have that setup in one of my bathrooms which used to be a double gang switch, I put a built in night light to the other switch hole.
Thank you both for the information!
An alternative to consider is a condensation/humidity sensing switch.
I'm using the ZEN30 in both bathrooms. Works great other than an occasional need to reset via the air gap but that's really rare.
Not sure what helped exactly, but over time we have had 2 z-wave firmware updates and I and re-included 90% of my devices without security, just kept entry devices and some sensors on S2. Somewhere in there it fixed the issues with the switches locking up and I don't remember the last time I had to air-gap reset one. Was happening weekly at one point.
