Basic Z-Wave tool error

@mike.maxwell I'm trying to set the values below using the basic Z-wave tool as stated in the device manual.

I have tried entering it as listed above or as below and both seem to not like the FF. Is there a fix for this?

Try 255 (decimal) rather than FF (hexadecimal).

I used Basic Z-Wave tool just once to set a parameter, and I think 99% sure I used a decimal value.
