Basic Rules time not consistent, am/pm mixed with 24hr

So i built this "Basic Rule" to run a fan if humidity is a above a certain level between 2 times, 16:00 and 17:00 . Im on 24hr time but the end time shows as am/pm time. Im on version 2.3.2.133.

Are you set for 24 hour time or 12 hour in the Hub Details?
