Another Basic Rules issue I have encountered. I have a fan in a pantry that runs three times a day for an hour each time. I have modeled the requirement with the following:

When Time of Day is 1:05 PM ...
Turn on PantryFan
Wait 5 minutes
Turn off PantryFan
Wait until Time of Day is 1:15 PM, then ...
Turn on PantryFan
Wait 5 minutes
Turn off PantryFan
Wait until Time of Day is 1:25 PM, then ...
Turn on PantryFan
Wait 5 minutes
Turn off PantryFan

Rule and pending actions can run ...
Only when mode is Guest, Home

The fan switch did turn on at 1:05 PM but never went off.

What type of device is pantry fan, and have you checked the events log for the device to see if it issued a command at the right time? This helps narrow down if it's a basic rules thing or a pantry fan thing.
