I created 2 new Basic Rules, one for day and one for evening. I did it this way mainly b/c of different dim levels by mode... yes i'll try the or condition later
They are virtually identical expect for dim level based on mode and day has an illuminance restriction, yet only Evening shows Restricted in the title and the main UI
Day
Evening
Since I just created these, I don't know if there are any ill-effects, my guess is not however wanted to get another set of eyes on it

Edit: @bravenel , It appears to be tied to the mode selection, when I select Evening, it shows restricted, when I select home the restricted goes away. I have rule with home, evening and morning selected and it doesn't show restricted, again it has Home selected...
I have a number of basic rules set to act differently at different times during the day and night. Mine show up exactly as yours do. The first rule does not show restricted while the second one does. However, when examining the rules, both have the correct restrictions and they seem to work properly.
One example of this is where I have an Aeotec Gen 5 Doorbell chime announce when motion sensors and door contacts open. Some of those sensors are triggered so frequently during the day that I reduce the volume by 50% during the day so I won't be annoyed while I leave it full volume at night in case I need to be awakened.
Well apparently the restricted means, it is restricted right now... not that it has a restriction
I guess my question is why. In fact that is how Echo Speaks works and quite frankly, I don't care for it. Maybe that's just me
I think the restricted is because it's set for specific times (I could be wrong though)
