A separate rule successfully turns these switches on at the specific time, but not off!

Checked the log. Apparently it began turning on and also off 1 hour later than specified as of March 8, when we shifted to daylight savings time!!! Seems like a bug?

Yesterday, I performed a platform update, then saw your post and checked the location setting. It is correct. After the update and reboot, rules are executing on time. However, since I'm 99.99% sure the location was correct before the platform update, my question is why didn't HE adapt to the time change in the first place? Before the change, the rule fired at 8 AM, after the change, 9AM, and after the restart, 8 AM again. Something seems amiss somewhere!
