Is anyone able to create a Basic Rule when a contact is open and stayed open for X time? When I choose that option, it never gives me the ability to move on.
Just a wild guess, but if you put 0 in Seconds does it then expose Done?
It doesn't. I tried different times as well with no luck.
I just tried on one of my hubs and I can not continue either, seems like a bug.
Mine doesn't work either, although the "stayed closed ..." option works. @bravenel
Yeah, there's a bug... Will investigate.
Ah, this was discovered a few days ago, and a fix is coming in a hot fix release to come out today.
