Hi, apologies for the basic question but I'm a complete beginner. I received and set up my Hubitat prior to Christmas and then brought a few "no neutral switches. I've installed one of the switches with the required capacitor and it works manually. I've discovered the device on my Hubitat App but that's all. I cant control it remotely. Do I need to add a driver or something? No options came up once I'd installed the device.

If it paired and created the device, there was probably no fingerprint stored in Hubitat for what driver to use, so you are probably just using the generic "Device" driver in Device Info -> Type
Try changing the Type to Generic Zigbee Switch, and click save, then go to the Commands tab and press "Configure".

It just said device there. I changed it to Generic Zigbee Switch and it works! Now need to work out how to configure the dashboard. Thanks so much and apologies for my naivety.

Haha, no apology needed, we've all been there. Take your time, look through the community. My 26 years of "internetting" says you'll be hard pressed to find a community as knowledgable & responsive as here.
