In this rule you don't actually need sub-expression brackets. ( & ). It won't do any harm in this rule.
You also need another END-IF at the end.
Sub-expressions can be used like this.
I can't even read simple instructions. I deleted the "End If" when you said to delete the "Else If".
No wonder my stuff doesn't work until the 9th try.
