I have C7 and would like to buy another C7 as a backup (I only use Z-Wave and not Zigbee). Is there a way to take a full backup of all data (everything including Z-Wave radio data) from the first C7 and restore it to the second C7?
Hub Protect subscription is a warranty extension product. It allows you to schedule Cloud backups that include ZWave radio data. If, under this extended warranty, the hub dies, Hubitat will ship a replacement. The fact you have a replacement simply means Hubitat will replace your replacement.
