Automation only turning on one switch

Hi,
I'm still pretty new to hubitat and am trying to find a way to expose one virtual switch to Alexa that will then turn on two sub-devices (disabling local and remote control of one of my inovelli switches). I've set it up in both rule machine and simple automation, but in both of them, only one of the sub-devices turn on. I've attached screenshots of my rules.
I am aware that the rule machine one is paused. I paused it when I made the simple automatons one.
What am I doing wrong?
Apparently I can't embed the pictures or links so you'll have to reassemble the links. Please advise.

Those links don't seem to be working.

OP has some extra spaces, try these

I have tested your rules on one of my Inovelli switches and I am getting the same result. In my case it sometimes disables local control and sometimes remote control, but never both. I haven't been able to determine a pattern here. I am pretty sure you set up the rule right, it's pretty straightforward after all, so I am not sure what is happening. We are going to need someone with more expertise I suppose.

Could it be as simple as needing a small delay between the two commands?

Bingo. I put a one second delay and it seems to work perfectly. Great idea.

Actually I can't believe that worked! But hey... whatever!
