I want to buy the HE Australian version.

I would like to know if I buy sensors from the USA (like Visonic doors sensors) that are not sold in the Aussie market, If hey will work with the Australian version of HE?

I gather you mean these which are zigbee so yes they will work as zigbee runs on the same frequency across the world.
Zwave uses a different frequency dependent on country so you will need to only use AUS/NZ frequency.
