August Z-Wave Pro Lock: Manual Lock Events Do NOT Update

Currently migrating from SmartThings to Hubitat and I'm noticing an unexpected behavior:

Hubitat

  • If I manually unlock/lock the door physically -OR- from the August app, the "lock state" never updates. It's not until I push 'REFRESH' in Hubitat->Device->August Lock->Commands that it updates the "lock state" as I'd expect.

  • Controlling the lock from the Hubitat application updates the "lock state" ok.

SmartThings

  • If I manually unlocked/locked the door physically -OR- from the August app, the "lock state" updated almost instantly.

  • Controlling the lock from the SmartThings app updates the "lock state" ok.

Solved the issue. Ended up re-pairing the device and that did the trick.
