Audio actions in routines are currently not supported on this device?

I have a Sonos speaker with Alexa built in. I have several routines in HE to announce on the Sonos they were always in a "Male" voice.
Recently the routines no longer announce on the Sonos in the male voice...I get " Audio actions in routines are currently not supported on this device"...then they play in the Alexa female voice. ...other routines sometimes don't play at all on the Sonos.

Also, I have 2 devices in my HE device list that are:
Echo-EveryWhere (WHA)
Echo-Family Room (WHA)

What is the (WHA) ?

I have four other Echo Devices in other rooms that work fine.

Should I just re-install the Sonos Speaker with the built in Alexa?
I like the "Male" voice of the Sonos rather than the Female Alexa voice...just dont know what triggers the male or female voice.

Thank you!

Thank you for the reply. Just don't think I really need (WHA) on my HE home hub as I don't have it on my business HE hub...guess I will just uninstall it. Just can't figure out why Sonos speaker used to speak in the "Male" voice on routines but now is the plain Alexa "female" voice.

You should be able to change the announcement voice in hubitat itself under hub information
