At some point my dashboard disappeared in the UI under "Dashboard". What replaced it was, "open dashboard menu instead". I just want my dashboard (I only have one) to be there when I click Dashboard on the UI. Is there a way to do this? Currently I have to click the open dashboard menu instead. It seems like a unnecessary extra step.
Maybe try going into the Dashboards app itself under apps, open the child device for your dashboard, and click Done. Just a guess, others may actually know what caused it.
The "open dashboard menu page instead" should always be there, but you should also see your dashboard.
Had the same problem, fixed by clearing the browser cache.
