As the title implies, is the Capture and Restor commands in RM Local or Global? i.e. Global: Capture lights in one rule and Restore them in another. If not (local) I could see some cool things (and new ways to get myself into trouble 
) that could be done with that functionality. But then again I'm not sure managing all that would be worth the trouble...
They are "local," i.e., they only capture and restore within the current rule.
I'm pretty sure that is the way I would want it. 99% of the time. Guess I am trying think of a reason that I would want it to be global.... Early morning ramblings...
