Would like to control Aquanta Water Heater, it is a Wifi device. They have a "cloud" portal at which you can turn on/off the water heater, set schedules, etc. but would be nice to integrate it into rule machine/schedules locally to automate other devices to function when this is triggered.
You can do that with the IFTTT integration. Set virtual switches in rule machine and have the Hubitat IFTTT trigger control the Aquanta IFTTT action.
Right on, I haven't played with IFTTT since I had Smartthings, which was before Vera, and Vera doesn't allow any IFTTT, so I've been adapted to not using it, guess I will start playing with it again....thanks for the heads up.
