Aqara P1 Motion Sensor

C7 Hub I have an Aqara P1 Motion Sensor that I can not access it's device page to delete it

What platform version is your hub running?

Could you post a screenshot of what happens when you try to open the device page for this motion sensor?

And, have you tried doing a soft reset to repair what may be a corrupted hub database?

I get the circle of death when i go yo yhe page. Yes I've tried a soft restart.

Can you show us the devices list entry so we can see which driver you are using with the P1?

You'll have to excuse my ignorance. I'm not sure what you are asking for. I'm assuming it's trying to use the Aqara P1 Motion Sensor Driver like my other ones.

Is there an alternate way to remove the device?

My suspicion is, that if only one of these P1 devices is having that issue it may be using a different driver than the other devices.
Just bring up the devices page and cut and paste the entries for your P1 devices.

The Master Bedroom Sensor is thr one with the problem

So, if you click on “A’ all is well and you see the devices configuration page, correct?.
And if you click on “B” you get the spinning wheel, again, correct?

Correct

Does the same thing happen if you use an incognito browser window?

Also, do you mean a "soft reset"? Or do you mean restarting the hub from the settings page of the GUI?

FWIW, what I meant was a soft reset followed by a database restored as described in the hub documentation?

Finally ...

2.4.4.133

Does it make any difference if you disable the problematic device (switch the toggle to the right) ?

Have you attempted to re-pair the same device to your hub, even though you can't use it or remove it at this time? Does the pairing process complete successfully?

Have you tried using the Diagnostic Tool to roll your hub back to the oldest platform and database available? The inability to enter this page suggest some sort of database corruption. I'm hoping there's an older database/platform that doesn't have this issue.

Also, have you tried an anonymous/incognito browser window? Just incase there is something cached that is corrupt.

I have tried repairing device back to Hubitat. I've tried doing a master reset on the device and then repairing it to Hubitat. I've tried literally sitting it on top of my hub while trying to repair it. I have disabled it an renabled it to mo avail.

Ok, so this is strange. I brought this Aqara Motion Sensor into my kitchen 3 days ago because of it dropping off the system & at the same time that's when I noticed the Device Page for it wasn't loading. Just now I went to it and the page loaded perfect. It has a cleaner line of sight, only one partial wall between it and my hub. Where I did have it, it was around my TV and electric clock. So I guess electrical appliances can affect these devices. Any thoughts?
