After struggling, I did get a couple of Aqara FP1E Presence Sensors but the Device pages don't look correct.
There is no motion/presence detection. Is it because it is a C5? What am I missing?
Run configure with debug enabled and see if you get anything back from the device in the logs.
When it first paired was the correct driver selected or did you have to change it?
It selected the native driver for it but my device screens don't look like I expected. I then downloaded and used the community version. That worked after I paired each twice in a row after reading that somewhere in the community. It took 20+ tries to finally get the third one to pair but they all seem to be working.
