Good morning, I have purchased an Aqara double push button and Hubitat sees it but it doesn't work. The model is QBKG39LM.
Have you tried rejoining the device to Hubitat WITHOUT removing it first? Add it back into Hubitat without removing it to see if that helps.

You're welcome. I have had to do that with several devices not just Aqara. Sometimes it may take three or four times. In the future just try that and be patient and hopefully it always takes care of it.
