That is weird. What type of phone and browser(s) are you using? Have you tried another mobile device? Can you access it from a PC / laptop?

The apps page doesn’t load on any, cleared all browser settings - same
Chrome on PC does load that page.
I was in the apps page on iPad just before the update then no access.
I’ll wait for the next release vice rollback as I don’t need to change any apps at this time.
And that’s the same IP that the PC Chrome successfully connects to, while on the same subnet?
Yup, same all. 100% has not been an issue for ( since Hubitat first existed ). Our network hasn’t changed hardware or a single configuration for at least 4 years. It’s certainly strange, as all other pages / areas are accessible. I even did a shut down - disconnect power ( first time in over a year ) and let it set 1/2 hour before replug.
Do a soft reset followed by a database restore.

I don’t do any HC, all my functions are HA so in that all items are working as scheduled / designed I’ll leave it alone. I don’t need to touch the apps section till xMas for a holiday light routine. I’ll address after the next few updates if needed then.
Can you get to it from a PC? Are you running a beta version of ios on your phone? A new beta of 16.4 has had safari issues causing problems getting to hubitat. You can restore the previous day's backup with in essence is soft restore and see if it comes back.

I’ve had this issue on my phone since upgrading to iOS 16.4 beta. Issue doesn’t occur on my iPad running 16.3.1
