I don’t think this issue is exclusive to home kit. There are all sorts of new bugs in zwavejs in 2.4.2. Lots of people have switched back to legacy zip.

I've had this problem for several months now with virtual dimmers, but a few still work and most don't. When I look at their properties in Hubitat they are identical, and in Apple Home they are identical. I'm currently on 2.4.2.125. In these screen shots the Driveway one works and the Kitchen one doesn't. These are both tied to Rule Machine apps that set camera presets and then return the dimmer level to 0. I also tried disabling the RM return to 0 and it made no difference. They both currently show 100% levels in Apple Home.
