App unable to open dashboard on new IP

I have Hubitat app installed on my Android phone. Recently I had to change home internet router and the Hubitat IP changed from 192.168.2.16 to 192.168.2.11. now the app is giving the error on the dashboard screen.

The webpage at http://192.168.2.16/apps/api/6/menu?access_token=9c6c71a... could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

How do I make the first tab of the screen go to the new IP?

Note that the app is otherwise working fine. The lights screen is showing all lights, tools is showing all notifications etc.. just the dashboard is not opening.

Do you have the custom dashboard option setup in the App settings?

@saurabh9 Make it easier. Go into your router and reserve the hub in DHCP setting to it's original IP address then reboot the hub. (You will need the mac address from the bottom of the hub)
