When I try to launch the Hubitat app on my iOS device ver 14.4.2 it tries to launch for a split second then shuts down. I have deleted the app and downloaded again from app store with same results. This seems to be a new problem as have not had this issue before.
Clear data and cache? I guess they got blown away when you reinstalled but maybe worth a try.

Doesn’t happen until I have logged in as an existing device.
Same. Switched to my Dev C7, where I had not created an iPhone instance. Clicked the button to create one, app crashed, and haven’t been able to launch it since. No troubleshooting yet.
Reinstalling the app allows me to get back into my primary C7. But if I try to switch connection to another hub the app crashes and doesn’t reload. Two C7s (one dev) and a C5, all on latest f/w.
It has to do with dashboards.
I added the dashboard app and a test dashboard with virtual switch to my dev C7. Can now switch to that hub just fine. C5 still doesn’t have dashboards, and crashes the iOS app every time, right when you login with existing device.
This issue as stated above is due the dashboard app not being installed.
This is already addressed on the new version of the mobile app coming soon.
