Hi. I am on platform 2.4.3.133. When i try to access my installed apps the list never loads. It just clocks and never does anything. Any thoughts? Thanks for any help!!
I'd start by trying a database rebuild.
Settings > Reboot > Show advanced options > Select 'rebuild database on reboot' > Yes

You may need to do a soft reset followed by a manual database restore from the diagnostic tool. I'm sure someone will advise the best way forward....@bobbyD
You don.t have anything typed in the search bar up top do you?
This is the most common cause of problems like this.
Make sure the search bar at the top of your apps list is empty, and including making sure there's no blank spaces in it or other punctuation.
Could you please send us your hub ID in a private message to @support_team, so we can take a look at your hub's engineering log for clues? Also, if you have any custom apps that may be causing this issue, you could try to restart your hub in Safe Mode to see which app may cause the problem.
