One of the reviews says that it can be used with the Tuya app instead of Lumary. Because of this, you might be able to get [BETA] Tuya Cloud Driver (Limited device support) to work with it. The integration would still be cloud based, but I use it with some switches that were left from the previous owners of the house my wife and I bought last year.
If the above does not work, you can always virtual switches with Alexa or Google Home. Create a couple of routines to keep everything in sync and it can work fine.
