Anyone from Canada dealing with DST within their rules?

I am having an issue with the creating of rules, essentially regarding the daily saving time in Canada. Presently, I have to create my rules one hour later in order to get them to trigger on time. I know this will be solved march 30th when we go back to regular hour. But until then, I am wondering if there is a way to solve this matter more permanently?

It is the Hub time that is one hour later
