That's a server busy error, likely a Github busy issue
I get this at midnight as well. Also seeing random indications that the Z-Wave Network is busy at times when there should be nothing going on. Open to suggestions as to what to capture in support of this.
These will most likely be very different issues. The GitHub is most likely a transient issue with an external service (GitHub), whereas a Z-Wave radio issue will be something entirely different. I would suggest posting a separate topic for the Z-Wave issue.
