Any progress with LG ThinQ window AC units working with Hubitat?

I assume you've discovered and tried out the ThinQ integration by Dominick Meglio, only to realize it doesn't permit linking of A/C units?

I've long wondered why LG imposed that limitation, Anyone know the rationale here?
