Short version. I have a lot of samsung smartcams in 2 houses for security.
Quite a bit of money spent.
Issue 1 - for security reasons blocked local web or rtsp access a while ago.
Isaue 2. When logging in with the app now i get this popup.
Its bad enough they are sunsetting cameras i spent a great deal of money on when they were samsung and since sold to wisenet.
But to only give 2 weeks notice when i have these for security in an empty remote house is unforgiveable.
In the house that is NOT empty i am in the. Process of replacing said cameras.
In addition, the phone number provided never works .. goes to a recording to leave your info and hangs up on you before a beep.
And now when i just checked they even have removed the phone number on the popup.
