I use the Broadlink RM3 Mini with the excellent integration by @tomw to control my dumb wall air conditioner. After much trial and error I was able to make a bunch of rules that allow me full control of all functions via dashboards and my harmony remote.
Other users report success with the Remotec ZXT-600.
