I'm on Android (14) and using the Hubitat Elevation app (2.0.4) and every time I try to open a dashboard, I click on it, I get a little spinning icon, and then it goes instantly back to the dashboard selection page. I click on the dashboard a second time and then the dashboard will open.
This has been happening since the switch to the Hubitat Elevation app and did not happen in the previous app.
Anyone else having this issue?
Just a suggestion... reboot hubitat and reboot your phone.
Log out of the hubitat app and then log back in.
It might be something with "handlers" attached from the apps to the hubitat service. Maybe the old one hasn't been "let go" yet??
Yep, same for me since the new app. I have found the problem is that if I press the dashboard before the app has decided if it is cloud or local dasboard I get thrown back, but if I wait....it works. Very annoying with that wait but it's like most things with the new app.
I've gone as far as clearing cache, storage, and removing and re-installing the app but the same thing happens once it is re-installed.
It's not the worst thing ever, it is just annoying.
Better than my experience - I quite often a blank screen on the dashboard page of the new app. I think this is because mine refuses to connect locally - it will only connect through the cloud...Hoping this is fixed with the next version of the app.
