Android app was working perfectly fine where I was able to login and interact with my dashboard. Suddenly it stopped working one day and it say my user name and password is incorrect. It is correct. If I discover the hub locally, the app works fine. I just cannot see my dashboard when away from home/cloud. Any ideas? Your help will be appreciated!
Did you setup a vpn to access your hub from outside of your local network? If not, this must be the first time you tried this when not at home/on your home subnet.
The app was working perfectly fine for good 6-7 months and now has suddenly stopped working. I was am trying to access when on the local network. I can access the dashboard when I go into local hub discovery, but not when I try to access it through existing owner button.
