I'm looking at the Amazon Fire HD 10". Can i use the Amazon silk browser? Is it supported by HE ?
Acer Iconia One 10 NT.LDPAA.003 10.1-Inch Tablet is Nice too. Both would look nice on the wall.

Yes you can use Silk. Also easy to install the play store on them and run Chrome or Firefox too.
Some good tutorials on how to root the newer Amazon fire tablets too.

Allowed me to add apps not readily available via normal Amazon app store. Basically made my low cost Fire tablet a full-fledged Android tablet.
