Amazon Echo skill not recognizing devices

I am able to add virtual devices to my C-4 hub and have them immediately recognized in the Alexa app. On my C-7 hub I an not able to get any devices recognized. I have rebooted the hub, removed and installed the Echo app, and done a soft reset on the -7 hub. Any suggestions?

I believe you can only have one hub connected to the Alexa skill so you would have to use Hub Mesh to share devices on C7 to the C4 to use with Alexa.
