Hello.
I got some samsungs Smart outlets and wanted them to be activated by my Amazon Echo dot. Since I live in Mexico, I need to use the App instead of the skill.
I tried to setup the outlet as a Generic Zigbee Switch, put it on Amazon Echo App Switches and then asked Alexa to discover devices. However, it is not finding the device, is there something that I am missing?
I also tried with Google Home on my phone and it found the device and I can control it (it always shows that is online even if its off but that's another story).
