All devices gone/ no automations/ How to start troubleshooting?

Hello,

C8 hub.
platform version: 2.4.4.145
Woke up this morning to automations not working.

Cannot connect using the app.

Light is green.

I can directly access from a browser user the local ipaddress.

When I click on devices or apps they are empty.

There was an update available so I applied it and that did not help.


Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.

Restore the last database backup.

Thank you so much, I did a restore from 3/11 and now there are devices and apps.
