I considering buying the subject lock and wonder of others recent experiences and opinions. I read many posts but wondering if the lock reports lock/unlock properly in Hubitat and if Hubitat reliably locks and unlocks the Alfred.

I've been using an Alfred DB1 lock, which has functioned reliably from a Hubitat perspective. The only two issues I have encountered have been around battery life, and non-responsiveness (the lock stopped working after getting wet (driving rain), but worked fine after a day).
If you don't need the lock to be very smart on it's own, the DB1 can be a more cost effective option. I think the battery life has improved some since rebuilding my mesh (C7 hub migration).
