Hello.
I am having difficulties logging into the Alexa fore the past few days. I was wondering if you guys could help or maybe have experienced it before.
The sign in Page says “There was a problem Enter a valid email or mobile number” this is displayed even before the Password is entered. I am pretty sur ethe email (and password) is correct as I am able to log in directly into the Alexa account.
I am running Echo Speaks on a docker and it was working for years. I see the sign in URL points to Amazon.com but I have my domain set to Canada (CA), I do not remember if this made a difference as it was always like this.
Any help is appriciated.
