There is. Both the support portal, https://support.hubitat.com and this forum are ways to get support, as others have pointed out.
I doubt it. There are many users on here who have multiple hubs and don't have issues with Alexa.
Now that I read your post again, are you trying to link Alexa to more than one hub? You can't do that, it will not work.
You haven't said if there were errors in the logs regarding Alexa. I would expect errors if things aren't working correctly.
I doubt it is a general issue because the forums would be exploding with Alexa postings if this were something like a bad hub firmware update.
It is likely an issue like your hub not connecting to the cloud because you have network issues like not setting a IP reservation in your router, or a router that is blocking outbound connections.
Probably because nobody else is seeing these issues, or because we don't have enough information to figure out what is going on? You should also be patient, it is a holiday week and people are travelling, or enjoying time with family and not on this forum 24/7. Even the best companies with full time support teams are slow to respond around the holidays.
