maybe a shot in the dark but just yesterday after the latest Hub update my Alexa refused to set any dimming levels, kept telling my devices were not responding (yet the on/off commands worked) after going through a few troubleshooting steps the fix was de-regsitering the Hubitat skill from the Alexa app and then re-registering.
