AerQ Temp & Humidity Sensor

Having problems getting aerQ sensor to report. Is this not compatible with Hubitat?

It's compatible - there's an official driver / device type built for it. For many of us that've tried it with Hubitat, one major frustration is that it stops reporting battery after ~24 hours.

The most recent aerQ hardware version (model 039 - versus the original 009) had promising tweakability in terms of customizing reports and features, but the battery reporting issue ended up killing it for me - it's currently in my junk drawer.

Sad but true! I think I've finally learned my lesson with those folks...

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

I have the official driver but it will not report temp, humidity or battery. shows up null or Question ? mark in app. The Aeotec 6 that i compare to shows humidity. Guess I will be sending this one back. Anyone recommend one?

My use case is for kicking on a shower/bath fan... I'm currently using a Sonoff SNZB-02, and it's been pretty darn great overall - I just wish I could send updates more frequently than 5-minute intervals.

I've tried both versions of aerQ - the original model had even worse reporting intervals (as well as the battery issue) and the newer model still is plagued with the darn battery issue.

Zooz very recently released the ZSE44 sensor and a few of us are in the early stages of seeing how it works... It seems very promising so far, but I'm going to collect a few more weeks of data before I commit to fully integrating it.
